This morning the Rose Parade started at 10 a.m. and people had camped to save places along the parade route as early as yesterday at noon. After enjoying a big breakfast Roger and I decided that watching the parade on TV would be a better idea and it was very beautiful and entertaining. This afternoon we walked down to River Front to enjoy watching some of the Dragon Boat Races and get a walk and some fresh air. The weather has turned to cloudy with occasional sprinkles so we decided against walking the mile to view the flower covered floats. If the weather is better tomorrow Cheryl, Callie and I will make the trek to get some photos. The Dragon Boat Finals are tomorrow afternoon so we'll try to see them, as well. Bella had great fun at the boat races because there were dogs everywhere.
