It's noon on Monday and we're quickly acclimating to European time in that we're sleeping until 9 a.m. and it's generally noon before we're dressed and ready for a new adventure. Today was another grocery shopping excursion (it takes all three of us to carry everything back). Ron and I brought back the groceries and wine and Rosanna continued to another store to purchase Empanadas for our lunch. Now we're looking forward to an afternoon tour of the city. The first photo is a leg of pork, curing to become prosciutto. At $599 pesos it's somewhat costly for Buenos Aires but I suspect in the U.S. the price would be far higher. To get an idea of costs, take pesos and divide the number by 3.75 to determine a U.S. dollar cost.
