I still haven't perfected loading photos but this is a good start. There are seven floors to the building and Ron and Rosanna's apartment is on the 6th floor so there's a nice street view from the windows. The elevator is charming - like one out of a James Cagney movie. I'm guessing that it dates to about 1920. There are two metal grates in front with open metal work on the sides and back. You'll need to brace yourself because it starts with a jerk and ends with an even bigger thunk.The next photo is an outside view but it's difficult to photograph the entire building. The location is wonderful with the Melo Cafe on one side where we ate lunch and a homemade candy shop that also sells gelato on the other side.
The last photo is of Ron and Rosanna in the formal dining room that has a lovely chandelier and a solid wood carved dining set.
