I found a great app for my phone and I want to share the info with my Portland friends.
It's name is "CartCompass PDX". The app finds your location and gives you detailed info on all the nearby food carts including reviews and ratings. I found a Chicago hot dog cart located at Jamison Square so that's going to be one of my next destinations.
