Parisians love cheese probably more than any other food so a cheese plate is generally on the table at every meal. After eating a gigantic lunch we all agreed that some cheese and baguette would be a perfect evening snack instead of eating dinner. The cheese that Philippe chose is mostly hand made, some with raw milk, and all were fabulous. A fresh baguette is also a requirement so bread and cheese will be a staple for the next three weeks and I love it..........
Last night Roger and I managed to stay up until 9:30 p.m., Paris time, and we slept at least nine hours so we're hopeful that we'll be able to acclimate to the time change quickly.
