The birthday treats were extended to last night when Ann treated me to a front row seat to Sunset Boulevard at the Gerding Theater in the Pearl. It turned out to be a wonderful experience - Andrew Lloyd Webber music, an accomplished small orchestra and some of the best singing that I've heard on stage! The two hours went so quickly because the show was fully packed with action and music.
Before the show, Ann joined us for dinner so it was a great evening (even nicer when I got home to a clean kitchen and dining room that Roger took care of while we were away).
