Roger's daughter, Helia, has been visiting for the weekend so we've been busy enjoying some shopping and a fabulous lunch today at "Q". Portland is beginning the Rose Festival celebration so there will be festivities the entire week at the River Front. Tonight is the Starlight Parade and people were already taking room on sidewalks when we went downtown at noon. Weather is perfect so that's also cause for celebration.
