So many things happen in a lifetime. When we're young we can get fired up about the tiniest things - sometimes losing relationships with those close to us. When we age, we have a different perspective. Little things no longer matter.......... and, actually even big problems don't matter, either. What matters is having people to love.
The eldest cousin in the Wall family is Beverly. She is an accomplished woman who retired from a career in education. Her life wasn't always easy but she has loving children and she met a wonderful man many years ago who became her husband and partner. He was Ted Lacy and he died yesterday. He and Bev had a very close and special relationship. I know the impact of losing a husband. It's not easy but we eventually recover and start a new life so this post is dedicated to Bev. Time will heal the pain...............
