Que Pasa in Portland

Que Pasa means "what's up" or "what's happening" and tonight we found out that in Portland the answer would be "not much at Que Pasa Cantina".  We used a Groupon tonight.  When we got to the restaurant we were surprised to see that it looks exactly like a typical cafe in a poor Mexican town.  We were hesitant to go inside - however, they were very busy so we decided to take a chance.  Regretfully, the service was really slow and inattentive and the food was just "so so".  Groupon gives an opportunity to try new places for reduced costs so tonight we basically "got what we paid for".  It's a disappointment because with a little work, this place could be so much better.
