I don't ask any questions - I just let Roger do his thing - if he needs to use a gas and a charcoal barbecue, I'm not saying anything to discourage this!The result was a fabulous dinner with almost no clean-up for me but Roger tells me that he's going to have to clean all three barbecues tomorrow in preparation for Ashley's visit.
