One of my favorite people living in downtown Portland is my friend, Merry. Tonight she invited me and Bella for dinner (fabulous). I have attached a photo of Merry with her darling dogs; Gabriella and Paddington (otherwise known as Gabby and Paddy). Merry takes care of Bella when I take short vacations so Bella is part of their family, too. Merry is the one who encouraged me to volunteer at the Albertina Kerr Center. She also volunteers her time to several other charitable causes. Her energy is truly an inspiration.
