Happy St Patrick's Day to all my friends and family. Tonight I had five for dinner with an eclectic mix of personalities so we had interesting and lively conversations. I fixed the traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage with stuffed baked potatoes, crab and corn chowder and Creme de Menthe parfaits for dessert. Pictured are my friends, Allison, Bill, Nita and Merry.
