Last night, Roger and I enjoyed a spectacular evening of music at the Schnitzer Theater, a beautiful concert hall that was converted from a vintage theater many years ago. Now it features the Oregon Symphony performances and also special guests that include Johnny Mathis and Tony Bennett, who will be performing there in June. We both love Chris Botti's music and he featured two great singers and Caroline Campbell, a violinist, who also plays for Andrea Bocelli. Both Chris's musicians and the Oregon Symphony accompanied the trumpet solos and singers so it was a memorable evening.
