My food cart experience today was an "OMG" in a good way at a Japanese food cart. I truly don't think that I've ever had teriyaki chicken that tasted so good. It came with brown rice, salad and mandoos (a dumpling filled with ground vegetables). The portion size is huge so I have enough left for tomorrow's lunch.
I'm really enjoying my food cart exploration so now I'm looking ahead to enjoying Turkish food next week.
