
You can tell when I have nothing much to share because then the subject always return to "food".Tonight Callie and I returned to Uptown Billiards Club for one of their fabulous five course dinners. Tonight featured squash so each course had a different style of squash in its recipe.
Dinner included:
- Roasted Acorn Squash and Apple Soup
- Pickled Delicata Squash, Baby Shrimp and Watercress Salad
- Oven Roasted Halibut
- Barbecued Beef Short Ribs
- Zucchini Carrot Cake
