Back to School - PSU Egyptian Archaeology
Today is the fourth week of my current winter term class, Egyptian Archeology, at Portland State University.
I am taking advantage of the Oregon senior auditor program that allows "oldsters" an opportunity to attend classes without tuition and without any requirement to take exams or write papers.
If you're a senior and you are interested in this program - please contact the office in the PSU Administration Building, on the 4th floor. The Portland streetcar stops right in front of the building.
This is an amazing and exiting way to be a life-long learner !

ROGER HAS AN EXHIBITION IN HILLSBORO
It's with great pride that I tell you about Roger's first show at the Civic Center in Hillsboro. On Tuesday we will be hanging twelve of his best paintings for a three month exhibit.
FAMILY
During the holiday season we enjoyed visiting with family. Lori and Pam and Mike and Teresa came for visits in November and we had lots of fun shopping, eating great food and enjoying some relaxation.
Teresa and Mike took a short vacation to Hawaii in December and I love this picture of Mike. Now there's a smile of a happy man !

Time to catch up ..............
The New Year began quietly except for Rae, Allison and I enjoying a L O N G lunch at "Q" on the afternoon of New Year's Eve. Ann couldn't join us this year and she was missed but we enjoyed a lively afternoon reminiscing and talking about our goals for 2018. We "girls" always have an enjoyable time together !
